I am a commercial fleet customer for Bridge Street Auto Repair, located at 2015B Bridge Street Grants Pass, Oregon 97526.

My business contracts to the US Government, State and County municipalities nation wide. We provide Hand Crews and Engines for pre-suppression of and suppression of wildland fires. As such we constantly have to undergo vehicle inspections by skilled as well as unskilled inspectors. Any vehicle that does not meet these inspections has 24 hours to come back into compliance or they go home at contractors cost.

Top to bottom, front and back, I have found that Bridge Street Auto has been able to address al my pre-season inspections to my complete satisfaction. In addition any repairs needed are done quickly during fire season.

In my industry time is money period.

My fleet of vehicles ranges from light domestic vehicles to 25000 GVW commercial grade trucks. I have diesels as well as gas powered vehicles.

The owner Mike Dunbar and his staff are seemingly equipped and skilled at all types of mechanical repairs including by not limited to Motor Home's and high end types 4x4's. This is not to suggest that Bridge Street Auto Repair does a lot of things well but nothing to a professional standard. In a wildfire entrapment scenario when my people turn the key and hit the gas I and their families need the vehicles to start and go right now.

Their service skills are superior to other shops I have tried, they will come out to your site pick up your vehicles, they will call or e-mail you with service reminders if you wish. I find this frees me up to do other things.

I have no problem recommending this organization as a fleet service/maintenance provider.
